This project will add a third lane in both directions of I-82 at the same location as the I-82 Modification project and includes replacing underpass bridges at the Boise Mill property and at the Columbia Basin Railroad crossing.

Cascade Mill Parkway (City of Yakima)
A north-south street will be constructed that will connect to Fair Avenue in the vicinity of 10th Street. It will intersect the East-West Corridor at “H” Street. Most of this roadway will be constructed as part of the East-West Corridor project. Construction of a roundabout at the Fair Avenue/Lincoln Avenue/Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard intersection has already been completed through a SEPA review that was completed on May 32, 2014 for the Fair Avenue/Lincoln Avenue/Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard intersection roundabout.
